To book a Consulting room

 

At Folkestone Complementary Health Centre we know how difficult it can be to take that first step to building your own practice especially if you have only just qualified - so, subject to availability we can make a Consulting Room available to you for ad hoc hire at a very reasonable hire rate with no long term lease commitment.  It couldn’t be easier - just call or email us (see Contact page) with your room requirements and dates - and that is it!

 

As a New Hirer you will need to bring with you on that first booking (or before) a copy of PL Insurance, Qualifications and one proof of identity (passport, utility bill, bank statement, driving licence, etc) - thereafter we wont ask you for these details again.

 

Hire Rates

 

   * Large Room is £25 per 4 hour session

   * Medium Rooms are £20 per 4 hour session.

   * Small Room is £15 per 4 hour session (currently being refurbished)

 

Affordable Pricing: If you only need a room for a one client session you can book a room, subject to availability for £6 per hour or part of an hour for a minimum of 2 hours.

 

Room Sizes: The Large Room is suitable for meetings, group workshops or training sessions for up to 14 people. The Medium Rooms are suitable for small meetings, workshops or training sessions for up to 6 people and of course are spacious consulting rooms. The Small Room is suitable as a small consulting room or office for 1to1 meeting.

 

Hire Periods are: am = 8.30am - 12.30pm. Pm = 1.00pm - 5.00pm. Eve = 6.00pm - 10pm. **Or start/finish times by special arrangement.
