Consulting rooms
Therapy sessions will take place in one of our comfortable, light and airy consultation rooms.
When you have finished your therapy session you do not have to rush off - in fact sometimes it is a good idea just to sit for a few minutes relaxing before you leave us.
Please feel free to sit in our little kitchen and make yourself a cup of tea or coffee before you re-join the human race.
Workshops or Training
If you are attending one of our training sessions or workshops you will find that The Centre is right in the middle of Folkestones shopping area so it will be easy to pop out at lunch time or break time to stretch your legs and get some air - as well as spend a little time window shopping.
